Passing on expertise, building skills, driving excellence
Teaching is not only about sharing knowledge—it’s about shaping the next generation of project leaders. For years, I have taught PMI methodologies to future project managers, helping them master the tools, frameworks, and mindset required to succeed.
Beyond project management, I also engage in broader teaching and knowledge sharing—simplifying complex ideas and bringing clarity to topics such as business management, leadership, choir conducting, and even artistic direction. My goal is always the same: to turn these skills into tools that are both practical and inspiring for real-world challenges.
Alongside teaching, I support organizations that want to strengthen their project management culture. This includes working with PMOs to establish standards, providing a critical perspective on ongoing projects, and consulting on the implementation of new practices.
With my engineering background from EPFL, I also provide consulting in the engineering field, bridging technical expertise with project management. This dual perspective allows me to foster continuous improvement, align technical and organizational goals, and ensure that innovative engineering solutions are delivered effectively.
Whether training individuals, advising organizations, or making complex subjects approachable, I combine theory with practice to ensure knowledge is not only understood, but effectively applied. By guiding teams and leaders, I help transform challenges into opportunities and create the conditions for lasting success.
